We specialize in machining challenging geometries and meeting high customer requirements based on their drawings, working with both metal and plastic. Production takes place in CNC-controlled machines featuring the latest technology, using automation such as robots, tool magazines/changers, bar feeders, and robotic arms.

About the position
We are seeking CNC operators for our turning or milling departments in our workshop, for permanent evening or night shifts.
Working Hours for Evening and Night Shifts:
Evening shift:
Monday–Thursday: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
Friday: 3:00 PM–10:00 PM
Night shift:
Monday–Thursday: 10:45 PM–7:15 AM
During evening or night shifts, CNC operators will take over machines already set up by the previous shift and maintain the processes. Multiple machines operate in parallel, and operators monitor and manage the processes. They inspect and measure the manufactured parts according to the control plan. Measurements are taken using handheld measuring tools, instruments, and coordinate measuring machines, and operators document the results.
Your profile
Documented experience in machining using a lathe or milling machine is required.
Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required.

Meritorious
Relevant CNC education is a plus.
Over 3 years of experience in machining complex parts is advantageous.
Solid knowledge of mechanical engineering, production technology, metrology, setup, or CNC machine programming is beneficial.
Employment type
Currently, we offer fixed-term employment with a fixed monthly salary.
A collective bargaining agreement is in place.
