With the highest precision in machining and milling, we help companies in the aerospace industry to develop and manufacture high-quality parts.

Strictest safety requirements for the aviation industry

Few industries place such high demands on safety as the aviation industry. The various details in the manufacture of aircraft and their parts have a very high degree of complexity and are often composed of hard-to-machine materials. Each component has extremely thorough and specific requirements that must be met. We have extensive experience meeting the tough demands of the aviation industry.

From development to finished aviation industry product

We help all the way from material selection and material documentation to quality assurance, production and labeling. We also ensure that production is as efficient as possible to reduce costs and time. We offer:

  • Material selection
  • Material documentation
  • Production – multi-axis turning and milling
  • Quality assurance
  • Measurement services
  • Labeling for traceability

CASE – SAAB BOL300

From drawing table to production

Among SAAB’s countermeasure dispensing systems for military aircraft is the BOL electromechanical dispenser. With tight time frames to get its new product, BOL300, to the market, SAAB needed a strategic end-to-end partner who could help from the design stage to the production of the components. The design of the product placed high demands on a supplier with expertise in both construction and advanced machining of very hard-to-process materials. In a short time, we designed and produced components for the BOL300. It was a successful project that helped SAAB to launch its new product within the allotted time. During our 20 years as a strategic supplier to SAAB, we have designed and produced a large number of similar components for the company’s aircraft series.
