With the highest precision in machining and milling, we help companies in a wide range of industries to develop and manufacture parts adapted to their needs.

Industries with requirements for 100% performance

Our industrial customers range from companies that produce world-leading measurement instruments to the biotechnology industry and high-tech small businesses. They all place great demands on safety and precision. Every component is crucial for both function and safety.

From development to finished industrial product

We help all the way from material selection and material documentation to quality assurance, production and labeling. We also ensure that production is as efficient as possible to reduce costs and time. We offer:

  • Project management
  • Product development (DFM/DFA)
  • Knowledge of materials
  • Tool making
  • Preparation
  • Production
  • Measurement room services
  • Assembly
  • Manual processing
  • Warehousing
  • Labeling, cleaning and packaging

Case – SpinChem

Laboratory equipment

SpinChem develops state-of-the-art rotating bed reactors for the chemical and biotechnological industries. Their customers are located all over the world and mainly consist of laboratories that use the technology for synthesis, production and repetition. Laboratories place high demands on the proper execution of work, and this requires an orderly environment. Here, equipment plays an important role. If the equipment is easy to work with, it facilitates the right conditions to be able to comply with set requirements. In our collaboration with SpinChem, we produce drawings for equipment. It is an ongoing process where we industrialize details to improve the manufacturing process and streamline assembly.

Case – Trimble

Successful collaboration for 20 years

For over 35 years, Trimble’s unique positioning products and digital measurement instruments have allowed users in the construction industry to analyze complex information more easily. With products used in over 150 countries, Trimble needed a reliable supplier with technical expertise that could quickly achieve the high quality requirements. Through close cooperation in technical development and processing, together we have achieved more stable products that can perform even better than before. We have been Trimble’s first choice for almost 20 years.

Case – Sivers

Rotary joints for radar equipment

Sivers is a leading and internationally renowned supplier of products for the data and telecommunications market. They develop, manufacture and sell high-quality components, modules and subsystems based on their own advanced semiconductor technology in microwaves, millimeter waves (EHF) and optical semiconductors. We have been a supplier to Sivers for more than 10 years and have worked continuously with them in various projects. The parts we have created for Sivers have challenging geometries and tolerances, which places high demands on both manufacturing and verification. With such a specific business area, Sivers places great importance on having a supplier who really understands how their products work. When Sivers was to manufacture rotary joints for radar equipment, we were therefore commissioned to manufacture all the parts that are included in the rotation mechanics.

Suppliers often have difficulty proving that they have manufactured this type of part according to the drawing and many supply constructions that must be soldered in a salt bath. Our task consisted of manufacturing items that do not need to be soldered in a salt bath, without sacrificing quality and accuracy – naturally. The finished parts were delivered on time according to a rigid schedule. And the results were excellent. According to Sivers, it was the first time they were able to build their instruments without compensating for production flaws.
